A Personal Note: I have the privilege of training my own parents. It's been incredibly rewarding to see their progress firsthand as they experience significant improvements in balance, strength, and their overall ease of movement in daily life.
Your Dedicated Training Space
My Malvern East studio offers a private and fully equipped environment, specifically designed for effective Functional Patterns training. Within this focused setting, you can concentrate entirely on your session without distractions, ensuring optimal progress towards your goals.
Ongoing 1-on-1 Training
Duration: 1-1.5 hours per session
Clients typically train between one to three times per week, depending on their goals and availability. Those who train more frequently tend to progress significantly faster and achieve more meaningful results. In all cases, adherence to the homework I prescribe between sessions is hugely beneficial to your progress.
In these ongoing sessions, I will continually deepen my understanding of your body and how it moves, allowing me to efficiently address dysfunctions and improve your movement quality over time. Each session builds upon the last, creating a clear path of progression tailored specifically to you.
